Rejected Deputy of LSPD Blackmailing and robbing his own officers

Hello, i've been trying to report this guy who blackmailed and robbed me, he handcuffed me and brought me to a isolated location and then said give me 100k wich was all i had or i will blacklist you from lspd, i complied since i didin't want to actually get blackmailed since i've been putting work into the org for the past weeks, please do something, this cannot be happening its making lspd look bad, a deputy blackmailing and robbing his own officers. this is the bodycam i got :
