Hello, first of all to the admins reviewing this forum,
I think a wrong decision was made here. The person was punished under 121967 CR; however, I believe the person who opened the forum should have been punished under GR 3.1 / GR 3.2, because the person uses profanity between 0:29 and 0:32 in the recording. I am leaving the recording below for you to review. In my opinion, this is an Arabic swear word, and I request that it be reviewed by an Arabic-speaking admin.
