Life Story: Java Blu was born and raised in Texas, in the outsides of Austin. His Family was small and humble with no much resources. His dad was a Construction worker and his mother stay at home with him and his little brother, Growing up wasn’t easy. Texas had a way of testing people early and Java saw both sides of the law long before he understood it. He watched friends get pulled into gangs and families torn apart by crime and poverty. He got accustomed to loneliness and depression.
Career Story: Java Stay focus on building a future focused on school, and pushed himself harder than most. When he was finally accepted into the police academy, it felt like destiny. He wore the uniform with pride, believing he was stepping into the role he had been preparing for his entire life. At first, Java was everything a good officer should be. He worked long hours, took the toughest shifts, and tried to make a difference one call at a time. But Over time he realize that no matter how much effort he put into this criminals will still walking free because of money or connections, and good cops burned out or ignored. Slowly, frustration replaced hope. He started telling himself that bending the rules was sometimes the only way to get real results. The line between right and wrong blurred over time. A favor here, a payoff there. he started making connections and contact with few gang members that they always will have him on speed dial in case of "emergency" The badge that once symbolized honor became a shield for his actions his believes hopes and dream got twisted and buried over the weight of a City that never forgave weakness.
1.Java Blu can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
2.Java Blu can rob/kill citizens in the ghetto, in secluded areas with the help his friends while off duty (following GH 1.8 and SR 5.5)(not against Leo's)
3.Java Blu can lie about a lawyer and no need to tell him/her rights.
4.Java Blu can refuse to show his ID to protect his identity and maintain privacy.
5.Java Blu can detain any one on a false charge and then demand a bribe or weapons from them for their release and whoever fail to give him the bribe maybe arrested.(100k max)
6.Java Blu can inject truth serum using /try commands for interrogation and knowing how much money does suspect have. (twice per situation) .
7.Java Blu can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
8.Java Blu can search Law Enforcement and suspects for their bodycams and destroy them by smashing them on the ground (/try to find the bodycam – 2x per situation – and /do to destroy it).
9.Java Blu can offer himself as a hostage for bribe (100k max)
10.Java Blu can make criminals to drop their weapons or any illegal items so he can keep them for personal use or sell in black market ( Not Org Items ).
