2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1- The reason I want to be the leader is because I ve served in many gangs throughout my Grand career and I have many friends. I believe I can succeed in turfing, and I'll do my best to succeed in events as well, which is why I want to take over this gang. and I have been doing a lot of in crime side as i think it is also time to run gang,Also i will bring good highcommands and deputies to handle this all stuff.
2.2- In My Gang, me and my highcommands, will do our best to maintain the highest level of activity, take away othetr gang powers, and become the sole owners of the entire ghetto as a single gang. and We want to achieve 100% turfing, and I and my turf crew belierve we deseve it. We will eliminate all the other gangs one by one and succeed, Aswell as great shooters in turf team that they will be very skillful and experienced to not do any rulebreaks in turfs.
2.3-When things like store robberies, FZ raids, and clan conflicts happen, I wholeheartedly believe that my gang members, high command, deputies, and I can collectively overcome any event with 100% communication, no matter what, and I'm here to prove this to everyone in the grand.i select very experienced spray leader that can select his own spray members to do spraying 24/7. Also i will make sure to bring very good shooters to help us in events.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
During my term, I will not tolerate any form of favoritism or bias. Everyone will receive exactly what they deserve, based strictly on experience, effort, and proven achievements. Experience is the most important factor for me. Rank appointments will be made only by evaluating in-game history, activity in duties and events, and clear proof of suitability for the position. There will be no random promotions or appointments based on personal relationships.
The deputies I appoint will be chosen exclusively from individuals who have sufficient experience, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to enforce these same standards. My deputies and I will continuously monitor discipline and structure within the organization. Participation in events is extremely important; those who consistently fail to attend events, neglect their responsibilities, or remain inactive will face consequences such as rank demotions. This system will be fair and applied equally to everyone.
To be completely honest, and with all due respect, this city is one of the best cities I have ever played in. The opportunities it offers, the player base, and the overall atmosphere are impressive. However, the city unfortunately lacks deep and meaningful roleplay. The frequent Kill on Sight (KOS) situations in the ghetto significantly reduce the quality of roleplay. While this brings adrenaline and action that many players enjoy, I believe it damages the long-term roleplay culture of the city.
My goal is not to create a system based solely on gunfights, but to establish a story-driven, scenario-based, and strategic underworld. For this reason, I aim to interact more with other gangs, families, and their leaders, building mutual scenarios and developing a true underworld dynamic within the city. In this way, we will be able to prove who truly stands at the top—not only through KOS in the ghetto, but through intelligence, organization, diplomacy, and roleplay quality.
In conclusion, I am prepared to take full responsibility for creating a system built on fair leadership, experience-based hierarchy, and strong roleplay scenarios. My objective is to elevate this city to a much higher level by ensuring a disciplined yet enjoyable environment where everyone is rewarded according to their efforts.
