LIFE STORY:
Kevin Saint was born in California, USA, where he grew up surrounded by both structured and rising criminal influence. After becoming indirectly involved in a dangerous environment tied to escalating violence and personal threats, Kevin made the decision to leave his hometown in search of a safer place to live . After some time ge flown to Los Santos, allowed him to start fresh while distancing himself from a past that could have easily pulled him into the wrong path. His exposure to emergency services, law enforcement, and organized crime shaped his understanding of how both legal and illegal systems function. Choosing discipline over chaos, Kevin committed himself to lawful service, ultimately pursuing a career with the Los Santos Police Department to protect citizens and uphold order.
CAREER STORY:
Kevin Saint began his professional journey by serving in Emergency Medical Services, where he learned to stay calm and prioritize human life. He later gained law enforcement experience with the San Andreas Highway Patrol, developing skills in traffic enforcement, radio communication, and coordinated responses. His time in the National Guards strengthened his discipline, respect for chain of command. Kevin also previously held a good experience in the United States Secret Services allowing him to understand everything inch of experience that he could. After working for a quite long time in San Andreas Highway patrol kevin now wanted to try new organisations so he to a tranfer to Los Santos Police Department and isnow serving in the Los Santos Police Department, Kevin applies this combined experience lawfully and responsibly, focusing on proper procedures, and professional patrolling in the city.
OUTCOMES:
1 - Kevin can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his id to any suspect/Leos
2- Kevin can take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
3- Kevin can remove previously committed crimes from arrested people ( after doing corrupt job I remove all evidences from PDA )
4- Kevin can search suspects and Law Enforcement for their bodycams and destroy them (“/try search the bodycam” - 2x per situation - and “/do breaks the bodycam”)
5- Kevin can arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
