Even though I told the men there that they didn't have proper uniforms, they were still making robes. When I asked them to get their uniforms changed, they said they didn't have any.

An Admin gave you a reply that it's a visual bug. Also, you can not pause RP by Mixing and force stop roleplay you need to comply with demands in your case once admin replied you clearly. However,

ID 414308 will receive a punishment for Mixing
ID 403853 will receive a punishment for Mixing
ID 444084 will receive a punishment for Fail RP (you can not stop a RP by involving reasons you need to comply with demands if they have guns at you)
ID 489987 will receive a punishment for VDM
