- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because I enjoy helping the server run smoothly more than focusing on my own RP. I’ve reached a point where supporting players, handling reports, and enforcing rules fairly is more important to me than continuing my character’s story. I understand that admin work requires neutrality, and I’m ready to step away from RP to avoid bias or conflicts. - What are your strengths?
I stay calm in tense situations, I listen before making decisions, and I follow rules strictly. I’m patient with players, but firm when rules are broken. I’m also active and reliable with my time. - What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I take on too much responsibility by myself, but I’m working on communicating more with the team and asking for input when needed. - What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Good knowledge of server rules, experience handling player disputes, clear communication, report handling, evidence checking, and the ability to explain decisions clearly to players. - Will you be ready to sell your business?
