1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because I believe it is the next step in my journey on this server. I have been part of this community for a long time and gained strong knowledge of server rules, roleplay standards, and player behavior. Becoming an admin would allow me to give back by helping players, resolving issues fairly, and supporting the server during all hours. I have previous bans on my record, including one related to leadership. I fully acknowledge those mistakes and understand the responsibilities I failed to meet at the time. Since then, I have matured, learned from those experiences, and demonstrated improved behavior. I respectfully ask to be judged on who I am now and the consistency I’ve shown since being unbanned. I am motivated to step into an administrative role because I want responsibility, growth, and a chance to contribute to the server in a meaningful way.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial) leader of marabunta a while ago
3. What are your strengths? My strengths include strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm and de-escalate conflicts, and making fair decisions under pressure. I speak Armenian, Russian, and English, which allows me to assist a wider range of players. I learn quickly and adapt well to new systems and responsibilities.
4. What are your weaknesses? My main challenge is my time zone, as I am most active during night hours. However, I see this as an advantage, since the server often has limited admin coverage at night, and I can help fill that gap.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team? I bring professionalism, multitasking ability, fast problem assessment, and fair judgment. I can assist players efficiently, explain rules clearly, and help resolve disputes both in-game and through Discord when needed.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) i do not have one but yes i will
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment? There are no IRL issues that would prevent me from being active. I work independently and manage my own schedule, which gives me flexibility. In rare cases, I may be unavailable for short periods (2–3 hours), but overall I am consistently active and available on a daily basis.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I understand the expectations and responsibilities of an admin role and am committed to acting fairly, remaining neutral, and prioritizing the server over personal interests. I am ready to prove myself through consistent work and positive contribution.
