Dear Higher-Up Team,
I would like to begin by acknowledging that a firearm discharge did occur from my side during the situation. However, I would like to clarify that there was no intention to harm or kill the citizen, and no damage or injury was caused to the citizen due to my actions.
Situation Explanation :
During an active convoy, a civilian vehicle was overspeeding and collided with our convoy, which resulted in multiple officers getting injured. As visible in my POV, my armor was broken, and the situation was chaotic. For self-protection and to control the situation, I took out my firearm and issued verbal commands requesting the citizen to stop the vehicle. During this moment, there was a single accidental discharge (muscle flex).

I did not intentionally shoot the citizen, nor did I open fire to cause harm. After the citizen became unconscious, I immediately patched him, apologized for the incident, and allowed him to leave safely. Despite this, the citizen later filed a forum report, which I found confusing given the resolution of the RP.
I kindly request you to please review the POV again and reconsider the punishment given, as my actions were not meant to break any rules and were taken under stress for self-defense and RP continuity.
