2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I want to lead LSPD because I truly care about the organization and its role in the city. LSPD is one of the most important legal Organization on the server.with a good leadership this organization can be professional and enjoyable for everyone.Also I noticed that ow leadership directly impact on activity and roleplay quality. As a leader my goal would be to keep the department active , disciplined and respected.
2. My second reason to become leader of LSPD because I spent a lot of time in Legal Organization like NG,SAHP,FIB as High Command and I have learned how to operate Departments, systems, and lead events. Thats why now I feel im ready to lead a legal organization like LSPD as Leader where ill build a team that is skilled,professional and most active organization in the city.Also i have pretty good known faces in the city and as well as other server of grand who will help me to run a best term.
3. I want to focus on the communication between organization. Communication is actually an important because members of the same level and from other departments need proper communication.I want to maintain our activities with other organization like the EMS, FIB, DOJ, GOV, LI and SAHP. This will help us to make a realistic and fun experience in the server.I promise to not face any conflicts with other organization.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- To improve the roleplay level within the organization we have must be strictly enforced. Every member should fully understand chain of command, radio codes, and expected professional behavior. so ill make sure rules and procedures is applying equally all people of all ranks.
- A regular training should be conducted to maintain RP standards.These trainings should focus to teach officers such as patrol procedures, arrest procedures, investigations, and interactions with civilians. Members who fail to meet this requirement should be retrained before being allowed to go on duty as patrol officer.
- High Command will be appointed by his daily activities and being interviewed by COS+ at all times.All high commands will be experienced and professional during my leadership to make the organization standard.
- Team coordination and communication will be prioritized in my term.We will conduct different types of Roleplay Events and interaction with other Organizations.
