1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because I believe it is the most meaningful way for me to continue contributing to this server. After spending a long time actively involved in both crime and state roleplay, I have reached a point where my focus has shifted from personal RP progression to supporting the community as a whole. I have developed a strong understanding of server rules, roleplay standards, and common player issues, which allows me to resolve situations fairly and efficiently.
Through my time in leadership roles, high-command positions, and structured state organizations, I have learned the importance of responsibility, neutrality, and consistency. I fully understand that being an admin requires setting aside personal interests, remaining unbiased, and making decisions strictly based on server rules and evidence. This is a responsibility I am prepared to accept.
I do have previous bans on my record, including one related to leadership. I take full responsibility for those mistakes and recognize that I did not fully understand the expectations and accountability required at the time. Since then, I have matured, reflected on my actions, and made a continuous effort to improve my behavior, decision making, and rule knowledge. My conduct since being unbanned reflects this growth, and I respectfully ask to be judged on my current consistency rather than my past mistakes.
I am choosing to leave RP-life not because of loss of interest, but because I want to step into a role with greater responsibility and long-term impact. Becoming an admin would allow me to assist players, maintain high RP standards, support the server during low-coverage hours, and contribute positively to the overall community environment.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
I have extensive experience on both the crime and state sides of the server, holding roles that required responsibility, leadership, and strong rule knowledge.
On the crime side, I previously served as the leader of Marabunta, where I was responsible for recruiting and managing members, organizing daily activities, enforcing internal rules, resolving conflicts, and maintaining high-quality roleplay standards.
In addition to leadership, I have been part of all major gangs on the server, and my lowest rank in any gang was either a high-command position or a turfer role. These roles required trust and accountability, including managing turf control, coordinating members during conflicts, understanding escalation rules, and assisting leadership in decision making. This experience gave me deep knowledge of gang systems, turf mechanics, and proper crime RP behavior.
On the state side, I served in multiple departments. I was part of LSPD as a regular officer, where I gained experience in patrol operations, traffic enforcement, radio communication, and professional civilian interactions.
I also served in SAHP, where I operated under the rank of Deputy, gaining experience in highway patrol duties, inter-department coordination, and strict adherence to the chain of command.
Additionally, I served in the FIB High Command, where I was involved in investigative roleplay, case coordination, inter-agency communication, and higher-level operational planning. This role required professionalism, discretion, and strong rule knowledge.
These combined experiences allow me to understand situations from all perspectives and make fair, unbiased administrative decisions.
3. What are your strengths?
My strengths include strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and effectively de-escalate conflicts between players. I am fair, patient, and focused on rule-based decision making. Speaking Armenian, Russian, and English allows me to assist a wider range of players. I also learn quickly and adapt well to new systems and responsibilities.
4. What are your weaknesses?
My main challenge is my time zone, as I am most active during late-night hours. However, this benefits the admin team, as the server often has limited administrative coverage during this time, allowing me to provide consistent support.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I bring professionalism, strong rule knowledge, multitasking ability, and fast assessment of situations. I can understand issues from multiple perspectives, explain rules clearly, properly document cases, and resolve disputes fairly both in-game and through Discord.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It’s restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I do not currently own a business, but I fully understand and agree with this requirement and will comply if necessary.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
There are no IRL issues that would prevent me from being active. I work independently and manage my own schedule, which provides flexibility. In rare cases, I may be unavailable for short periods (2–3 hours), but overall I remain consistently active on a daily basis.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I understand that the admin role is based on responsibility, fairness, and consistency rather than authority. My previous experiences, including mistakes, have helped me grow and better understand the importance of following procedures and remaining neutral. I am willing to start at the lowest administrative position, learn from senior staff, and prove myself through consistent effort, professionalism, and dedication to the server.
