As you can see, I was at the HQ when I saw this car and the same guy that like 10 minutes earlier VDMd people in the HQ (I do not have POV of that sadly), and I just told him to leave. I did not give a countdown since I wasn't planning on shooting him (I'm a bad shooter lol), and just told him to leave. I had suspiciouns he was still there and went around and checked, and as you can see he was still there. I went onto the roof and just watched him, didn't talk, didn't move, and he just killed me.
In this 2nd POV you can see him still at the HQ, finishing me.
(The POV is in 2 parts because I'm recording with Bandicam, and it records only 10 minutes at a time so I paused it like I sometimes do, and resumed it right before he finished me.)
