   1.1 Ans: From my first day till now Lspd was a dream for me. I always wana become a Leader of State org and Lspd is giving me a chance. I like Lspd because of its awesome HQ and its near the Ghetto which i like the most.
   
   1.2 As i have a Good Experience in State Side. I first led Small number of group in originations so now i think i have Leadership qualities. And i can become a good leader of Lspd.
   
   1.3 If i get a chance to become leader of Lspd i will lead it with passion and i will make it very active so all Gangs Fear it. I have seen Leaders not leading Lspd how it should be Leaded. So if i get a chance to become leader of lspd i will not Let my curators think that they made a wrong desion.

3.1 All Leos Will Be trained so none do mistakes

3.2 No favouriteism And nepotism Ranks will be given on Activity and Interview.

3.3 Daily meetings with My leos so there is no confusion

3.4 Always complying with my honorable Curators

3.5 Will make sure that IA department is active so there is daily logs checks.

3.6 I will have Best deputies so they can manage in my absence.
