2.1 Over the years I have been involved with the EN03 family, I have served in the capacity of an Under Deputy in Marabunta - as the leader of the events team, and managing members, and enforcing rules; My ability to keep my composure has guided me effectively. Thus I believe my experience in leading and managing a group can guide me in leading the gang. I have also come to the conclusion that becoming a member of the Ballas gang is the best opportunity for me to make a good term for our family.
2.2 I have developed an action plan which will identify how we can become a 24/7 gang and an ongoing resource for the City of Los Santos. I want the entire City to have respect for our gang and that includes State Organizations. I will promote my gang during 24/7 robberies, gun store robberies, hostage situations, FZ raids, etc. by using the LifeInvader social media platform to advertise and promote the gang.
2.3 I have many friends who are going to join my gang and together we will create a gang that will make history. I am also going to work to build an alliance with The Family so all of their members can be part of our gang and become involved in the resources created during 24/7 robberies and gun store robberies, hostage situations, FZ raids, etc.

3.1 Our organization will take part in real life hostage scenarios of everyday environment, stores that are open 24/7, gun retailers and FZ Raids.
3.2 During these events, the leader and deputy leader will be there to assist the new members so they feel comfortable with the mission of our organization.
3.3 Each time we are able to get someone captured, we must secure that capture and will always maintain as much control over that person as possible.
3.4 We are going to create a positive environment for our organization through our non-toxic behavior; we will treat each other with respect and not engage in unnecessary drama.
3.5 We will perform a brief interview with each person we choose to invite to our organization before they are officially invited.
