2.1 Experience and Leadership:
I want to become the main leader because I have spent a lot of time in the city, and compared to before, many new people are here now. They don’t know a lot of the rules yet. If I become a leader, I believe I can train them properly.
I have also spent a lot of time on the legal side, so I know how to handle situations with them. If I become a leader, I feel that as a leader I will be more involved and more engaged in RP.
2.2 Personal Motivation:
Having experienced personal tragedy at the hands of corrupt law enforcement, I joined various organizations to seek justice and support. My family's loss drove me to join the police department, where I learned about the inner workings of law enforcement. Unfortunately, my journey in multiple gangs left me feeling unsupported, which is why I am now determined to take the leadership East Side Ballas . I will ensure that we stand united against any threats and seek revenge on those who have wronged us.

I admire leaders who handle challenges with professionalism while genuinely caring for their members. 1. Bonuses for Activity: Implementing a bonus system to reward active members can attract more players and enhance overall engagement.
2. Hiring More People: Actively inviting members from various families can increase roleplay diversity and activity.
3. RP Commands: Encouraging the use of specific roleplay commands will enhance the quality of interactions and make each member's experience more immersive.
4. Command Structure: Establishing a strong leadership team by selecting capable deputies will maintain stability and confidence in the absence of the leader.
5. Experienced Members Only: Prioritizing members who understand the server rules and dynamics will reduce organizational warnings and foster a more efficient environment.
