I was just standing in front of my house when this guy came over. First he took my shoes without saying a word. After that, he pickpocketed me as well again, without saying anything.

They can pickpocket or Steal shoes you don't need. Demands for that are also it is not allowed in GZ, but these functions are sneaky job and robbers can steal your stuff or steal it
