I uploaded a forum for gr6.9 for some guy talking about masturbating and I have been punished for it?. can someone please take a look at this asap as the wrong person has been punished here and I haven't been able to get into city for ages now.

This person was continually calling my phone saying my ic family is really bad and that he hopes no one joins it, then towards the end of the clip he says he is masturbating which is really disturbing for me and it is also rulebreak gr6.9 please deal with this person accordingly Thanks Kxrma :)
