Hello Higher Ups Admins
It has been about two weeks since my ban. and Im writing this in hopes of getting some clarity. I hope your all doing well. I will try to keep this simple and honest.
Ive been playing on EN1 for almost four years with a stable punishment history over nearly four years of play. As I said before some friends from EN3 invited me to play with them so I made a new account there. While playing arena I got some kills and shortly after that I was directly banned for cheating. Because of that my EN1 account was also banned.
I understand that a new account doing well can look suspicious and Im not trying to blame anyone for that. But I want to be very clear I have never used cheats or anything illegal. I appealed right away and explained that Im a long time EN1 player with good shooting skills and recent POVs but the appeal was rejected without a PC check or any clear explanation. This is what hurts the most being banned like this without ever using cheats and without being told clearly what I did wrong or why Im being accused.
As I mentioned in my previous appeals I am always ready for a PC check. I know I didnt cheat and being banned for something I didnt do has been really hard to accept.
Ive spent and grinded for four years on EN1 and I truly miss the server and my friends there. I believe this ban is based on a misunderstanding, and I am requesting the opportunity to resolve it fairly. I just want the opportunity to explain my situation and be heard.
