I was playing the game and everything was fine, then suddenly the game crashed. When I reopened it, I realized I had been permanently banned by the system. I was banned for no reason. When I asked an old admin friend about the problem, he told me I was banned due to a system error because I had loaded Grand Coins into the game. That it was a mistake. Also, I bought the Grand Coins with my own card, and no refund was issued. i dont know why i am banned please help me for solution I haven't been able to log into the game for three days and I'm looking for a solution. I was playing from an account that has been banned for years, and I don't have any other account. I'll do anything to solve this problem; even if all the Grand Coins I purchased are deleted, as long as I can log back into my account.
