2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I want to maintain law and order in the state of San Andreas and ensure that citizens feel safe,
2) I have gained valuable knowledge and experience from working with SAHP and FIB. Because of this, I am confident that I can effectively handle the responsibilities of
the LSPD and lead officers in a professional way
3) I want to gain more leadership experience within a patrol organization like the local police, where teamwork and discipline are essential.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1) Improve roleplay by conducting more interactive RP scenarios such as court cases, robberies, and crime scenes.
2) Mention RP by debates and arguments in a professional manner because we are Law Enforcement Officers and must act accordingly.
3) Conduct mass training sessions to improve RP quality. I personally like mass training because officers can learn many new things and gain knowledge that they will remember and use in future RP situations.
4) Improve roleplay in negotiations and conflict resolution, not focusing only on gunplay.
5) Conduct proper investigations instead of only processing suspects. Officers should actively investigate cases to make RP.
6) Organize internal cases with the help of the Internal Affairs department to improve rp and accountability within the organization.

3 - Mass Training will be given to all members once a week.
4 - At least 2 city patrol will be made per day.
5 - IC events will be held every day.
6 - At least 50 cars will be towed per day.
7 - Evidence will be collected from all gang and family activities.
8 - Maximum number of cannabis raids to be made.
9 - Completing two successful terms without receiving any verbal or warning.
