Hello, I was banned for violating rule 1.1 of the Rules of Gameplay, which concerns account sharing, even though I have never shared my account and haven't logged in for a long time.

My friend Thomas_Galliou had the same thing happen to him and he posted this photo as a link, and he got unbanned.
