1. Why do you want to become an Assistant Admin?
   I want to become an Assistant Admin because I genuinely enjoy helping the community and maintaining a fair and enjoyable roleplay environment. I have spent enough time on the server to understand the rules properly and I believe I can assist players calmly and professionally while supporting senior admins when needed.
   
   
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
   I have held multiple positions across both state and crime sides. On the state side, I served as ACP of LSPD (1 term) in EN2, worked with Life Invader Ads (1 term), and held the position of FIB HOD (1 term) in EN2. On the crime side, I reached rank 14 in Ballas (1 term) and served as Deputy Leader of a Family. I also have experience with NG, which helped me understand structured command, discipline, and coordination across departments.
   
   
3. What are your strengths?
   My strengths include patience, good rule knowledge, and staying calm in stressful situations. I take time to understand situations before making decisions and I always try to be respectful and fair with players.
   
   
4. What are your weaknesses?
   Sometimes I double-check rules to make sure my decision is correct. While this can take a little extra time, I believe accuracy is important and I am improving with more experience.
   
   
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by being Assistant?
   I can bring clear communication, reliability, and strong understanding of server rules. I am comfortable helping players, assisting with reports, and escalating issues properly when required. I also work well within a team and follow instructions from senior admins.

   No, there are no IRL issues preventing me from being active at the moment. I can maintain consistent activity and will inform the admin team if anything changes.
   
   
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
   I understand the responsibility that comes with being staff and I am applying to genuinely help the server, not for power. I am open to feedback, willing to learn, and ready to improve under senior admins.
