Rejected Ban for cheats I Muttie Ilya

Hello Administration team, I am writing this complaint to appeal a ban I received for "Cheats". I strongly deny using any form of forbidden cheats or third-party hacking software. The only program I use that might be considered an overlay is Crosshair X, which I purchased and installed directly from the official Steam store: Steam Store I understood this application to be allowed as it is available publicly on the Steam platform and does not interfere with the game files themselves. I am completely innocent of using cheats and I am ready and willing to undergo a full PC check (screen-share/verification) at any time you request to prove my innocence.
