I received a ban for GR1.3 (Scamming), but I believe there has been a significant misunderstanding regarding this matter.
I want to inform you that I appealed the penalty, but I think the officials did not understand the misunderstanding that occurred.

I would like to explain that the matter has nothing to do with scamming or fraud. Rather, it is related to the rule of buying and selling pets: the longer the animal’s lifespan, the higher its price, and vice versa. All traders in the game are aware of this.

I want the officials to take all of this into consideration, as it is common practice within the game and completely normal. I also ask them to review the penalty that was applied to me, either by reducing it or canceling it, in light of all the reasons I have provided.

Despite everything, I still believe that the senior management is fair in its decisions, and I accept any decision issued by you with an open heart.
