There are many reasons that I want to be the new Director of FIB. To start off, I really enjoy quality roleplay thats also serious and I believe that the FIB fits that description very well because it lets us do deep investigations and very good undercover work in serious situations.
Another reason of why I want to be leader of this organization is that I am very well experienced working with other talented and experienced individuals in situations where I was in high pressure so I know what I need to do in many situations, and I like to make sure that everyone knows their spot in the FIB is actually useful and that they are appreciated for their work.
Lastly, I want to to help to make strong standards for FIB in the server by making sure that the term is active and respectful and fair to everyone so both the civilians and the criminals enjoy their roleplay interactions with us instead of just avoiding us all the time.
3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.,
In order to improve roleplay levels in the organization, I think its crucial that we focus on improving communication and consistency. Good communication within the FIB keeps the situatons and rolepaly scenarios smooth and prevents mistakes that can ruin the roleplay for experience for the involved players. I would also promote professionalism and fairness and to make sure that all agents are treating civilians and criminals with respect because good interactions are what improve the overall quality of the roleplay in the server. Training new members properly is also important so that they understand how to rolepaly properly and how to do their job well.
