To Mr. Bobby, Greetings
I am aware that this penalty is not subject to appeal, and I understand this law. However, I have the right to explain my perspective on the procedures followed in this penalty, which I believe were incorrect based solely on suspicion. Mr. Frost performed all the procedures normally, and there seemed to be no problem until he stopped at the PCA file. This file contains the database for the programs running on the computer. He then stopped at an executable line for the Grand RP Launcher program, which is the program's executable file. He asked me about it, and I told him I didn't remember this file because I had deleted it from my computer a long time ago. Nevertheless, I asked him what the connection was between these files and Grand RP, as there is no connection between them in terms of executable commands. He informed me that I would receive a penalty for cheating and that I must submit a form. Since my computer is linked to government work, I brought in an IT employee from my workplace, and he thoroughly examined my computer. I asked him about the same matter, and he told me that the scripts for work meetings are unrelated to the game system. He explained that cheating systems in games rely on injection into the executable path, meaning that the command line must be the file. The game's executable file and the cheat file are on the same line to make it work within the game, or perhaps one of your children previously used your device and installed programs that were then removed. All possibilities are open.

The cheat file is located on the same line as the game's executable file. This is a simple explanation of this issue, and I apologize for going into unnecessary details. Here is a link to a security page from a cybersecurity company that explains this concept: Diving into the Windows 11 Forensics PCA Artifact | Sygnia
Mr. Bobby, I am not here to argue or question Mr. Frost's work; he did his job honestly. However, being punished without any involvement or cheating is what saddens me. It affects my reputation before you and the gaming community. I am ready, Mr. Bobby, for you to search my computer file by file and folder by folder. If you find any cheating program or tool, not just for Grand Theft Auto, but for any other game, I am ready for the maximum penalty. Mr. Bobby, everyone trusts in your wisdom and fairness, myself included, and I sincerely hope this penalty will be lifted.

Best regards
