Respected Admin,
Yesterday at Beach Market, I arrested a suspect for provoking . When I come to DOC for processing, I gave him five seconds to remove his mask and show his passport. He showed the passport, and his beard was already removed, but I believe he did bug abuse. After I cuffed him and checked , he was not wearing any mask, but he still created a form claiming that I arrested him with a mask on. While he was in cuffs, it was not possible for him to put a mask on by himself. I also think he did not make the form on the same day. The next day, when I go to Beach Market in normal UC, he was doing open carrying, so I arrested him for that. When I arrested him and came DOC, around 10 minutes had already passed, By the time I come in the prison cell, the form was already approved and I received punishment, even though I was actively RP Situation In my opinion, Admin Carlos Bloomfield interrupted the RP, and the punishment could have waited until the RP situation was finished. I understand punishment is OOC,
