Dear Higherups
As you can see the proof Ballas just do a gun store robbery in which they have a hostage USSS Director and there High Command was the negotiator from the ballas side, He just ask for 400k for a leo as the hostage was not a leader or deputy leader of the organisation timestamp 07:44 . We prefer Higherups at that time to tell them about this situation as the Higherups came there demands changed to 200k and there new negotiator from ballas. They also gave 2 demands one is 400k for a leo and second is bring money in 2 minutes
Its a clear rulebreak done by the Ballas Gang. I kindly request to punish them.
