Experience and commitment
- I’ve spent a good amount of time around this organization and understand how it works, both IC and OOC. I’m active daily and committed to putting in the time needed to keep things running smoothly and getting experience and knowledge from all of the crime orgs i think this suits me the best and i think with my achievements in all crime orgs as underdeputy and leading alot of events sucessful and i think im capable enough to lead a Succesful Term.
Improving roleplay quality
2. I want to push more realistic and immersive RP within the organization. Too often RP can become repetitive, and as a leader I’d focus on meaningful scenarios instead of rushed or low-effort interactions.
Team management
3. I enjoy helping others improve. I’m patient, open to feedback, and able to guide members rather than just ordering them around. A good leader should build a team, not just control one.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
I believe the RP level can be improved by encouraging members to slow things down and focus on realism. Regular briefings, clear SOPs, and proper training sessions would help everyone understand how to act in different situations. Also, leaders should lead by example if leadership takes RP seriously, members will follow.
