To Mr. Adham,
I have returned after a long absence due to my studies and work commitments. I only have two days off, and I logged into my account for about five minutes to prevent it from remaining inactive. I then logged out and tried to log in again today, but I found that I have been penalized. It seems there is some error. Please remove the ban. Thank you.
