Rejected Abusing bio + Possible Fail RP | 430929

The person with ID 430929 have LSPD Corrupt bio,but he is abusing Outcome 5: Charges only from Penal Code. He sayed you are wanted by state but i was not actually.
So i want him to be punished!

For possible Fail RP he didn't get any jumpsuit and he is saying that he have jumpsuit in his pocket.Which is possible Fail RP!
