Reviewed [Senior] Ban Evading / 462946

Hi,
So a day or 2 ago i did a complaint for player ID: 462946, with their name being Leila Cartell, for sexual harassment where he called me a prostitute, this was accepted, and then today found that he was messaging me again on the in-city phone, which I believe is Ban Evading as from my understanding they're most likely still meant to be banned??

Note: the first msgs i thought he was a member of my fam which is why i seem confused, then at the end bit of the msgs you see him admit who he is and his name.
