I got a warning today for CL in a situation that I did nothing in. Short story: I was flying with my friend in a family buzzard and we were over the beach market. My game glitched and the Buzzard disappeared which resulted in me falling and dying!! (it's a glitch that happens in Auto fair as well). Before I reach the ground I pressed f1 and tried to log out so I don't go to hospital and I spawn directly in my fam house! But unfortunately cause we were on a low height I died but I didn't see it. I found out that I died when I spawned in hospital. Hours later I found out that a bunch of gang members reported me for CL and without them killing me and without me even seeing them!!! It is only a 10 secs video that proves nothing and the admin didn't even give me a chance to defend my self!! I have no proof of what I'm saying but this is because I didn't do anything wrong so I didn't save my bodycam for it!! All I'm requesting is to reconsider the warning and to ask the guy who reported me for a proof of him killing me or a proof that I was being robbed or even a gun aimed at me!! And that's it!! It was all a glitch and now I'm out of my org for a week!!

I was with him on that incident. I was the one flying and yeah he disappeared from the seat next to me and he told me he glitched out. and second later the Buzzard glitched from me as well but luckily I fell in the beach market green zone and someone picked me up. So I support what he is saying and he really had no idea about any robbing or anything. I agree he can take the prison time for not checking the situation around before relogging but a warning is too much.

Him taking a 10 secs POV proves that I did nothing wrong!! While you can find other Threads that he posted with 1 min long and more POVs!!!
