just gonna clear it out as im fimiliar with the issue his car did not render for you and that i can say by the animation he did before it happens when someone gets in a car which is not rendered for you and vanishing cause he drove off.

I have seen this happen many times when people come asking for insurance in SAHP, here is the solution,

M > Security & Settings > Change graphic to low and turn it back to normal.

This way the car will render.

If thats the case I have no issues with admins closing the report of course. I for one have never seen it before so if thats true I have no issues at all with forum being closed! Thanks for letting me know of this too guys
