Person number 361823, despite pointing a weapon, deliberately called his friends on the radio; this is a rule violation. Furthermore, despite my instructions, they completely ignored them and stalled us. Vehicle number 413302 behaved similarly; they did not follow commands until the people they called on the radio arrived. This is not normal; they are doing this intentionally.
