1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been a player now for almost two years and I feel like I have gotten out of the RP life as much as possible, and I want to move on from RP and help the server by being an admin to improve the RP, help players in need and make sure people follow rules

3. What are your strengths?
My strengths are that I am very OCD and I strive to achieve perfection, I always work hard to become better and learn from my mistakes, and I never stop improving and working on myself. I am very honest and I can be very direct, which helps avoid confusion or misunderstandings. I am very good speaking with people, I am respectful, kind and understanding, which helps me get along with people well. I also keep my head cool under stressful situations, and don't always take everything personal. I am good at separating personal and work.
4. What are your weaknesses?
I can be a little impatient because I like to get things done fast. If someone is very slow I can get a little annoyed, but I am working on this. I am very patient with certain things, but there are things I believe shouldn't take so long, and if it does, I get annoyed. But I never let my feelings affect my work or the people around me. I know how to control myself.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I have a very good eye for detail, I pay attention and notice things others don't notice. Very often people come to me to solve their problems, either a personal problem or a problem between two parties, because they know I am honest and direct, and I give them good advice, and I really care about the people that I meet. I am very organized and always do everything with the goal to find the best possible solution, instead of just taking shortcuts. I want to help improve the RP of the city by being active and helpful where it is needed, and to oversee people in their daily lives in case rule-breaks occur, so that I can be of assistance in an attempt to maintain a good RP even though someone broke a rule. I know a lot about the city, the rules and the laws, and I think my knowledge and experience, and my skills of being good with people, will be a good addition to the admin team.
