So i was standing with 15 other police officers when they offered id:444189 to raise his hands while there was 15 of us that is unrealistic demand and fear rp

The officer was split from the group of leos so the gangs took the opportunity and took him hostage.
As Leos you can also do that if someone is far enough from there group, you can arrest them.
Also if the officer didn't put his hands up while being surrounded and guns being pointed at him he would have been punished.
