I was punished for metagaming (calling friends OOC to help IC), but there is no evidence that I asked anyone for help or gave any information related to the situation.
There isn't a single word in my point of view where I asked anyone to help or where I told anyone to come to the scene. We were just talking, and I wasn't even involved with those people in that situation to begin with.
Metagaming requires using OOC information to affect IC situations. That did not happen here. Talking to friends OOC without sharing IC situation details or asking for help is not MG.
Because of that, I believe this punishment was given incorrectly and is unfair. I respectfully ask for this case to be reviewed and the punishment reconsidered.
