Hello Lebron,
I am writing to request a re-evaluation of the incident that occurred on January 24, 2026.
-> Rejected - Adminbeschwerde | Harvey Contro | 277528
On that day, I created a ticket because our vehicle was completely blocked by barricades and non-passable police tape, making it impossible to continue our roleplay. There was no prior RP situation that would have justified this action, and our RP was significantly disrupted.
After some back and forth within the ticket, the barricades were eventually removed, as confirmed by Harvey Contro. Despite this, I was informed that the situation would be forwarded to higher authorities for review, even though the setup clearly constituted powergaming, as neither the barricades nor the police tape were passable.
I was also asked to submit a clip via Discord, which I did, and I was assured that the incident would be reviewed and that I would receive feedback. Since I did not receive any direct response, I followed up and was only informed that a discussion had taken place and certain decisions were made. According to the involved player, no punishment was issued, which he also mentioned multiple times in RP.
As a result, I subsequently filed an admin complaint regarding this incident. However, this complaint was rejected by Arnold VonRichter because the player ID was not visible in the clip. The purpose of the clip, however, was solely to demonstrate that no prior RP situation had taken place, not to identify the player.
Due to the lack of sanctions and the contradictory statements made by administrators, I respectfully ask for a proper investigation and reconsideration of this case.
Kind regards
Logan Bennett
