The reported player moved an in-character (IC) situation into out-of-character (OOC) Discord chat and insulted me personally, directly referencing the IC incident where i searched his car in an IA checkup. He was upset because he lost some precious stuff and what he did is in the attached proof.


This is a clear violation of General Rule 6.10, which prohibits taking IC situations into OOC spaces, including Discord private chats.

Attached evidence shows the insults made in OOC chat related to the IC event. I am requesting staff review and appropriate action as per Rule 6.10.
