After I gave this person a demand to get out of the car while he was carrying a weapon, he did not respond. After I killed him, player ID 49458 came and committed GZ 1.1 + ID 16754.

After that, they broke rule GR 6.8:
ID 16754 + ID 49458 + ID 38179.
