Hallo liebes Grand-Team,
ich möchte mich bezüglich meines Banns auf dem Grand Discord melden und um eine sachliche Überprüfung bitten.
Der Bann erfolgte, weil ich einer dritten Person auf Discord die Biographie eines Discord-Moderators(Noah Freilich) weitergeleitet habe. Dabei möchte ich betonen, dass dies nicht im Grand-Discord, nicht im RP-Projekt und nicht im Zusammenhang mit dem Roleplay geschehen ist, sondern in einer privaten Unterhaltung außerhalb des Projekts.
Aus meiner Sicht betrifft dieses Verhalten somit keinen projektinternen Regelverstoß und hatte keinerlei Einfluss auf das RP, die Community oder den Serverbetrieb. Es handelte sich zudem nicht um Beleidigung (Lustig machen) oder das Veröffentlichen vertraulicher Informationen.
Des weiteren habe ich ihm im Privat Chat darauf hingewiesen das er mich für eine Privat Nachricht Sanktionier hat die an sich nichts mit dem Projekt zutun hat.
Darauf ging er nicht ein sondern antwortete nur mit "Reicht jetzt" und blockiert mich. In mein Augen sollte ein Moderator nicht so mit der Community von diesen RP Projekt umgehen.
Daher empfinde ich den Bann als unverhältnismäßig und würde mich freuen, wenn die Situation noch einmal geprüft werden könnte. Sollte ich dennoch gegen eine mir nicht bekannte Regel verstoßen haben, bin ich selbstverständlich bereit, dies künftig zu unterlassen.

I am writing regarding my ban on the Grand Discord and would like to kindly request a factual and objective review of the decision.
The ban was issued because I forwarded the biography of a Discord moderator (Noah Freilich) to a third person on Discord. I would like to emphasize that this did not take place on the Grand Discord, not within the RP project, and not in connection with roleplay, but rather in a private conversation outside of the project.
From my perspective, this behavior therefore does not constitute a project-related rule violation and had no impact on the RP, the community, or the server operation. It also did not involve insults (mocking) or the sharing of confidential information.
Furthermore, I pointed out to him in a private chat that I was sanctioned for a private message which, in my view, had no connection to the project itself. He did not address this concern and instead only responded with “That’s enough now” before blocking me.
In my opinion, a moderator should communicate more objectively and transparently with members of the community, especially within an RP project, even in situations involving disagreements or sanctions.
For this reason, I consider the ban to be disproportionate and would appreciate it if the situation could be reviewed once again. If I have unknowingly violated a rule, I am of course willing to refrain from such behavior in the future.
