2. What makes you desire to run this particular organisation?
2.1 I want to make LSPD the best. With my extensive experience in a variety of state organisations, I think I am ready to assume the position of LSPD head. As a Lt. General of NG, I have acquired a great deal of how to Handel Oraganisation and Because I am aware of how difficult the duty of LSPD leader is, I am ready to conquer any obstacles that may come up.
2.2 I would put forth a lot of effort and be truthful with everyone since I adore this organisation. I've wanted to be a leader since I started working on this project, and I am leading NG as Lt. General. However, I've always wanted to be the Chief of Police, and if I had the opportunity to do so, I promise that my time with the LSPD will be the finest of all. As everyone is aware, because so many people consistently violate roleplay, its quality is deteriorating. I am therefore here to increase the degree of roleplay, which means that we should all act appropriately in critical situations. Normally, other organisations would notice that LSPD is superior in terms of roleplay.
2.3 I would manage LSPD with my present team and recruit new personnel on a daily basis if necessary. In addition, I would like to run the LSPD because I would put together a capable group that would reduce crime in the city. I would operate multiple patrols throughout the city. Because I am so calm and creative, I think I would make an excellent leader of the LSPD. I am conscious of the difficulties and responsibilities of leading this organisation, but I will succeed with my abilities and my team.
3. Your suggestions for raising the organization's RolePlay level.
I will put together the greatest HR team with the best officers to guarantee that everyone receives excellent training.
My constable and I will continuously keep an eye on every officer's and department's activity in order to maintain the organization's smooth operation and avoid any issues.
In order to prevent conflict and keep a positive and harmonious connection, I will cultivate positive relationships with other state organisations.
Excellent rapport between the leader and other employees; we shall work together as friends regardless of rank. I want people to feel that I am not their superior, but I don't want to stand out as a leader.
However, I do want them to believe that I am not better than them.
To enhance the officers' confidence, a promotion ceremony will be held once a week. I will personally review everyone's records to determine who is qualified for a promotion.

Internal Affairs Agency (IAA)-> Their major work will be to keep and eye on all the officers and constantly do their BG check, license check and ensure that no one do any corruption.
Counter Terrorism Unit (CTU)-> Their main work will be to patrol in city and prevent citizens from breaking any law and to also respond to Globals.
Parking Enforcement (PE)-> Their major work will be to roam in the city with their tow truck and ensure that no vehicles are illegally parked, if they see any then they will tow them and give their owner fine.
