LIFE STORY:
Kevin Saint was born in California, USA, where he grew up surrounded by both structured and rising criminal influence. After becoming indirectly involved in a dangerous environment tied to escalating violence and personal threats, Kevin made the decision to leave his hometown in search of a safer place to live . After some time ge flown to Los Santos which allowed him to start fresh while distancing himself from a past that could have easily pulled him into the wrong path. His exposure to emergency services, law enforcement, and organized crime shaped his understanding of how both legal and illegal systems function. Kevin committed himself to law service, ultimately choosing a career with the National Guard and Save the City!
CAREER STORY:
Kevin Saint began his professional journey by serving in Emergency Medical Services, where he learned to stay calm. He later gained law enforcement experience with the San Andreas Highway Patrol, and NG developing skills in traffic enforcement, learning different porcedures. His time in the National Guards strengthened his discipline, and respect for people. Kevin also previously held a good experience in the United States Secret Services allowing him to understand everything inch of experience that he could. After working for a quite long time in San Andreas Highway patrol Kevin wanted to try new organisations so he to a tranfered to Los Santos Police Department and spent a nice time making new friends in LSPD, Kevin recently joined the NG again as he loves spending time saving the city and making new friends and more and holding a good position in the organisation.
Outcomes:
1. Kevin can take bribes to let people go (up to 100k)
2. Kevin can rob and kill in ghetto with family and friends (off duty)
3. Kevin is allowed to use illegal weapons and drugs on duty and off duty and is allowed to take weapons off the floor
