I Understand that he had just returned from Code A. But my POV at the Situation is Different.
We were already in a Hostage Situation and someone was shooting from the fake parking. When we went there we saw 2 cars and thought that they were the one who fired on us since he was available at the area of the situation. This is provided on my Bodycam .

It was a misunderstanding from my side and there was no intention to break any rules. I Kindly request you to Lift my warning and give a chance.
