Greetings dear Lebron,
I am writing this appeal with deep respect and complete honesty, because I genuinely feel that the ban I received is the result of a misunderstanding, and I sincerely believe that I do not deserve this punishment.
What hurts me the most is the fact that this is the second time I am being banned for the same reason, even though this exact situation already happened more than a year ago and was clarified back then. After that first ban and unban, nothing similar ever occurred again, which is why this situation feels especially discouraging and painful to me.
I was banned for allegedly sharing my account or using a twin account. I want to state this as clearly and honestly as I possibly can: I have only one account, it has always belonged to me, and it has only ever been used by me. I have never shared it, sold it, or allowed anyone else to play on it.
I understand how, from a technical perspective, the logs might look suspicious, and because of that I want to explain my situation in a very human and transparent way.
For a period of time, I was using a computer that belonged to my friend, which he kindly lent to me for a few months. I was playing from my own home, on my single account. Later, when his own PC broke, he needed his computer back, so I returned it to him.
Because I truly enjoy playing on your server and didn’t want to stop, I occasionally went to my friend’s house and played from his computer. I believe this is where the misunderstanding began, and I understand how this could look like a twin account situation, even though that was never the case.
On 08.01.2025, I finally managed to buy my own computer. Since that day, I have been playing exclusively from my home, using my own internet connection or my mobile hotspot. There have been no other devices, no other locations, and no suspicious activity since then.
After my first ban, I took the rules very seriously. I read everything carefully and made sure to never put myself in a questionable situation again. From that moment until today, I am confident that I have fully respected all server rules.
I am from Ohrid, North Macedonia, and my IP address may change from time to time due to a dynamic IP. My provider is T-Mobile Macedonia (Telekom MK), which can also result in IP changes for security reasons. Unfortunately, this is something I cannot fully control.
To be completely transparent, I am providing proof of my computer purchase:
I am also sharing my previous appeal from last year, where I was banned and later unbanned after the situation was clarified:
I am not trying to argue or show any disrespect toward the administration. I am simply asking for understanding and for my case to be reviewed once more. GTA5 Grand means a lot to me, and I would never intentionally risk my account by breaking the rules again.
Thank you sincerely for your time, patience, and for reading my appeal.
Kind regards,
