2. What makes you desire to run this particular organisation?
2.1 I am aware of how challenging it is to lead this organisation and how much responsibility it entails. I am aware of all the server's rules since I am aware that the leader must obey the Curator's decision. I wish to apply to be the head of the San Andreas Highway Patrol because I think I am capable and I have enough experience of all legal organisation for meeting all the conditions listed in the preceding sentences.
2.2 The SAHP was one of the fundamental state agencies required to safeguard the residents of the paleto bay , Highway, and City. My goal is to make the city, paleto bay and highway safer. I am qualified to lead and work towards making SAHP the greatest organisation in town.
2.3 Considering that I solely participate in government organisations on the server, I believe I have more than enough experience with them. NG, LSPD, FIB, SAHP, and Government, and presently holding the position of Lt. General in NG. Additionally, I have extensive knowledge in all organisational domains. I'm prepared to perform well in whatsoever role I end up in.
2.4 I have numerous suggestions for enhancing roleplay within the company, such as more enjoyment and motivation for work, larger bonuses, additional events, etc. I enjoy having my efforts recognised, and I'm prepared to put in a lot of work at SAHP since I want it to be among the top leaders. 3. Your suggestions for raising the organization's RolePlay level.
3.1 I think that serious work in the SAHP is extremely labour-intensive and merits compensation. As a result, I intended to start paying bonuses on a monthly basis to all SAHP members based on their commitment to their jobs.
3.2 I would implement many ranks and units to make work in the organisation easier. Every level and unit would have a specific mission to do, there would be clarity regarding who is responsible for what, and nobody would interfere with one another's work.
3.3 In order to eliminate errors, misconduct, and unprofessionalism, I would impose harsher sanctions for any infraction of the code or regulations.
3.4 Every day, border controls would be conducted at the city's entrance on the left and right highways. These checkpoint controls would last for at least an hour in order to prevent our fellow citizens from slowing down on the highway, which could result in injuries or even fatalities.
3.5 I would have a good number of experience people in the HC that I know and believe would be able to give quality and detailed training to new members so that those members could learn a lot about how an organisation works and gain a lot of experience in it, also in training new members would go with one person from the HC on a patrol, where they would be given even more detailed training on how to patrol and how to stop that particular person whom they believe, according to the IC, to have violated the IC Code of the state.
