2.1 This insignia is my home, my family, my purpose. I was a nobody grunt, terrified during my first patrol, but SAHP accepted me and assigned me brothers and sisters, who believed in me. Promotion after promotion, every High Command appointment which I struggled and won to, was like vindicating that I was worthy of it. Being a SAHP leader does not require being powerful it is only a way of giving back to the place where you always called home. When you accept me, you are not only assigning me a position, but also you are allowing me to defend and nurture the family that rescued me.
2.2 I have shed blood through all ranks, particularly in HC. I have served in various positions in the High Command since I never wanted to give up when it became rough- staying late, making tough choices, and training rookies who used to be me. Those were those times that shattered me and made me stronger. I will be the leader so that no trooper will be alone like I used to be at the beginning. Grant this application and you will have a leader who has already invested all his soul into SAHP and will continue investing the same to the end of the last shift.
2.3 One day I would be able to reflect and say that I bequeathed SAHP better than I inherited it. This is a server, this group, that transformed my life in Grand RP. Should I be chosen as leader, all new recruits will share the same pride that I had when I was recruited to my first HC seat, all ventures would be less trafficked, and all events legendary. The reason I am requesting this opportunity is not that I need it, but that I adore SAHP more than it is possible to describe. Grant me, and I won't promise--with the tears of my eyes, and the fire of my breast--to cause you to be proud that you believed me.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Construct Organization and Competencies Department-Wide: Be the first example through promotion with fairness, weekly trainings (traffic inspection, chases), HR training, IA holding all players/departments accountable, and FTO mentoring so that no rules of server/organization are violated and RP remains consistent/professional.
3.2 Create Engagement and Teamwork: Build character growth among all participants, cross-departmental joint events, specialized teams (SWAT, Detectives), and awards to provide highly engaging and participative experiences.
