Hello, I got banned for GR 1.1 but it is my main account and I did not share or trade my account with anyone, I am the only user since 3 or 4 years. I was working hard to build a family, playing 6 hours a day even though I am working IRL. I am kindly request to unban appeal, please do not ban my main account. I did not share or sell my account, I am the only user since the beginning. I am also respectful towards all players and admins a lot of people knows me in the city.

I never get perma banned so I do not know if my family disband or not, please can you teach me this as well? Did my family disbanded?
