Hello Fabian,

I would like to file a complaint regarding Kathi Tired's re-evaluation of my administrative appeal and request a further review of the case.

1. We are on Grand DE01. During car chases, it is common practice for police officers to ram the suspect's vehicle in order to stop them from escaping. In this particular situation, it would have been unrealistic to do nothing and wait for additional units to arrive, as the suspect would have escaped before they arrived.
   
   
2. Even if I had called for backup and we had managed to surround the vehicle, a collision or ramming of the suspect's vehicle would have been unavoidable.
   
   
3. Furthermore, I find it highly questionable that the reasoning was changed after I submitted my original ticket. I do not consider this approach to be transparent or appropriate.
   

Overall, the decision seems far from reality to me. Therefore, I remain surprised by both the assessment of the incident and the way it was handled.

I kindly request an independent reassessment of the situation.
